The Healer helps to restore us to wholeness. The healer works with blockages, wounds, trauma, pain, discord and disharmony. The healer engages with the body, mind and spirit and understands that everything within us is connected. The healer does not fix us, rather, the healer facilitates processes and practices which can help us restore a sense of well-being.

We need the Destroyer because we need to have the capacity to let go of the things in our lives that are not good for or that stand in the way of our growth.
