The rebel breaks convention, breaks the rules, challenges control and pushes boundaries. It questions authority, both our own inner authority and that of the world. It challenges oppression and injustice. It sees a limitation and finds a way. It breaks through, it charts the new and it makes openings where there were none. Our inner Rebel can help us achieve breakthroughs in our lives and move through our own limiting belief structures as well as face them on our path.

The Controller keeps a tight grip on our body, mind and psyche. It’s job is to insure we don’t do anything that will make us unsafe. It is informed by a sense of safety that we learned as children. The controller holds us in, holds us back and holds us together. It can become overbearing if we do not consciously engage with it.
